This Lavender has a refreshing floral note with herbaceous scent and a mild minty undertone.
Due to the harsh growing environment, it is rich in flavor substances. With only 1/3 teaspoon of flowers, you can make up to 1 liter of tea. It has an intense flavor and taste that lasts for many brewing.
Brewing tips:
(1) Put 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon (if you prefer a stronger taste) of Lavender in 300ml of hot water, step for 10-15 seconds. It gives a strong flavor and calming effect. Second brewing onward, steep for 10-15 seconds, repeat 3-4 times.
If you find the taste is strong, you can dilute with more hot water.
(2) Cold water brewing: Put one tea bag in 800ml to 1 liter of water, keep in the fridge overnight. You will be surprised by its soothing and cooling aftertaste.
