This tea is made from one single old tea tree aged 200 years old. The tea tree is grown at high altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level in Tou Ya Village in Phoenix.
The origin of the name is because it smells like the scent of white ginger lilies; it has a sweet floral note like gardenia.
When you smell this white ginger lilies in Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and China, you will recall that Jiang Hua Xiang has the same flavor too.
If you compare it to flowers grown in Japan, you can also feel the scent of this tea reminiscent of daffodils, lilies, acacia and honeysuckle. In addition, you can also feel a hint of sweet fruity note like lychee.
